Dominique Duncan-Sinson
Dominique is the owner of C&D Preferred Insurance Solutions and has a passion for helping others recover from the unexpected. Her goal is to ensure her clients have the best protection in place to handle any type of risk exposure and to serve her community.
She started her insurance career in 2012 with Esurance (an Allstate backed company) and became a top producer for both auto and home insurance policies. Then in 2016 she transitioned to State Farm to gain experience working with all other lines of insurance and became the Office Manager for a local State Farm Agent in Boca Raton, Fl. She has earned numerous awards such as President Club, Coverage Counselor, Superior Service, Top Producer, the 4 Pillars of Our Business and was nominated by her peers to be the face of Esurance.
In her spare time, Dominique enjoys quality time with her lovely family, kickboxing, being in nature, and traveling. She has a B.A. in International Studies and a Minor in Asian Studies from Old Dominion University. She holds insurance licenses for Property & Casualty (2-20), Heath & Life (2-15), and is a certified mortgage loan originator (MLO). She looks forward to helping customers in more ways than one.
Daily Vilar
Daily Vilar began her career as a loan originator in 2006 before transitioning to the insurance industry in 2007. She joined a prestigious agency in West Palm Beach, where she honed her skills and quickly became a top agent. Her experience further expanded at State Farm, where she earned recognition as a top producer. Daily holds licenses in property and casualty, as well as life and health insurance. Her dedication to excellence and passion for serving others, combined with her extensive industry knowledge, make her a valuable asset to the C&D Preferred Insurance Solutions team. Outside of work, Daily enjoys nature, the ocean, and spending time with her adorable dog, Cookie.
DaIlia Ruiz
Dailia Ruiz joined C&D Preferred Insurance Solutions with over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, bringing a strong background in sales, client management, and leadership. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, Dailia excels at guiding diverse clients through the process of selecting the right insurance coverage for their unique needs and financial goals.
Throughout her career, Dailia has consistently demonstrated the ability to simplify complex insurance concepts and communicate them clearly and effectively. Her approach is rooted in trust, transparency, and professionalism, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Known for her attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, Dailia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Del Zulia Superior University. She is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (2-20) and also holds a real estate license—offering clients comprehensive support across multiple areas of need.

Marie Jean
Marie “MJ” Jean is an Independent Agent with C&D Preferred Insurance Solutions, dedicated to helping individuals protect what matters most. She takes pride in guiding clients through their auto and homeowner insurance options, ensuring they have the right coverage in place to safeguard against unexpected risks.
MJ began her insurance career in 2009, specializing in Medicare solutions, and later expanded her expertise in auto and homeowners insurance beginning in 2021, working with top carriers such as Allstate and Farmers Insurance. Her hands-on experience and client-centered approach allow her to simplify the insurance process while helping clients make confident, informed decisions.
In 2017, MJ diversified her skills by adding Worksite Benefits, assisting employees in understanding their health, life, disability, and voluntary benefit options offered through their employers. Fluent in both Haitian Creole and English, she takes pride in bridging communication gaps and providing personalized support to diverse communities.
Known for her attention to detail and exceptional customer-centered skills, MJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Management from Florida A&M University. She is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (2-20) and Health, Life & Annuity Insurance (2-15), and is also a licensed real estate agent. She looks forward to sharing her passion for insurance and continuing to serve the needs of the South Florida community. When she’s not helping clients, MJ enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and sharing quality moments with her family.
